Shipping & Ticket Delivery Policy

SL Foodworks Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name Breakin’Brew, sells movie screening and event tickets through its website.

1. No Physical Shipping

Movie screening and event tickets purchased through our website are digital tickets. No physical tickets or products will be shipped to the customer.

2. Ticket Delivery

After successful payment and booking confirmation, the ticket/booking confirmation may be provided through the contact details submitted during the booking process, such as email or other available digital communication channels.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information while making a booking.

3. Booking Confirmation

Customers should retain their booking confirmation/ticket and present the required booking details at the venue for entry.

4. Ticket Not Received

If a customer has successfully completed the payment but has not received their ticket or booking confirmation, they should contact us with their booking/payment details.

6. No Physical Delivery Charges

Since all tickets are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or physical delivery charges applicable to movie screening or event tickets.
