Return & Refund Policy

SL Foodworks Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name *Breakin’Brew*, follows the refund policy below for movie screening and event tickets purchased through our website.
 

 1. Ticket Purchases

All movie screening and event ticket purchases made through our website and district are considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

Ticket prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable *GST*, which will be added to the ticket price at checkout.
 

 2. Customer-Initiated Refunds

Tickets purchased by customers are *non-refundable and non-returnable* once the booking has been successfully completed.

Accordingly, no refund will be provided if a customer:

* Changes their mind
* Cannot attend the screening
* Arrives late
* Misses the screening
* Purchases a ticket by mistake
* Has a change in personal plans
 

 3. Cancellation by Breakin’Brew

If Breakin’Brew cancels a screening, customers may be offered either:

* A full refund of the ticket amount paid; or
* Transfer of the ticket to the rescheduled screening/date, subject to availability.

Customers will be informed through the contact details provided at the time of booking.
 

 4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If money is deducted from a customer's account but the ticket booking is not successfully confirmed, the customer may contact us with the transaction details.

Subject to verification, any eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment gateway.
 

 5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway and the customer's bank.
 

 6. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable, will be treated according to the applicable payment gateway's terms.
