Cancellation Policy

1. Customer Cancellation

Once a movie screening or event ticket has been successfully purchased, the booking *cannot be cancelled by the customer and is non-refundable*.

Tickets may, however, be transferred to another person, subject to the applicable event rules.

2. Cancellation by Breakin’Brew

Breakin’Brew reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify a screening or event due to operational requirements, technical issues, venue-related circumstances, unforeseen situations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a screening is cancelled or rescheduled, customers will be notified using the contact information provided during booking.

Customers may be offered:

* A full refund; or
* Transfer of their ticket to the rescheduled screening.

 3. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are transferable to another person. The customer should ensure that the person using the transferred ticket has the required booking details.

Breakin’Brew may require valid booking information at the time of entry.

 4. Late Entry and Re-Entry

Late entry is permitted, subject to the screening/event arrangements and venue conditions.

Re-entry is permitted, subject to applicable venue and event rules.

5. Age Restriction

Children *below 8 years of age are not permitted* for the movie screening unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular screening.
